Shipping & returns

SHIPPING-

Shipping on all orders under $150 will have a standard rate of $8.95.  Urbane South offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150 in the 48 states of the contiguous United States.

Orders are usually processed the next business day after an order is placed, excluding holidays. Orders received between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Shipping times may vary. 

 

RETURNS-

If an item in your order is damaged or defective, please contact the store at 980-245-2529 or email [email protected].

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the unused items within 30 days of original shipment date for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged minus original shipping fees incurred.  For customers who received free shipping, the original shipping charges paid by seller will be deducted from the refund.  Returned merchandise must contain original manufacturer tags and/or stickers and must be insured and postage prepaid.  Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.  Online returns made in person at the store are acceptable with receipt or packing list.  Special order items, jewelry and SALE items are considered final sale and are not returnable. 

Urbane South reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used, stained, or shows any sign of wear.  In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated repeated returns after purchases.
